Franchise packages based on Industry

Most background checks start with our SSN Trace & Address Verification. This verifies past addresses for the candidate as well as shows prior names which may also need to be searched. Women for example, tend to have several names through marriage, all of which need to be checked. We then search criminal records by County, State, Federal District and/or Metropolitan Area. Checking two to three past addresses would be typical. We can then add additional services based on industry.

As a franchisor, the background check package you create can easily be duplicated to all your franchisees. All background checks are FCRA compliant, easy to order, and will be completed in one of the quickest TATs in the industry. Note that Pre-employment background checks can be completed on both 1099 and traditional W2 employees.
