County Criminal/Civil Searches (per name): $5 per file plus fees

Standard File Retrieval (normally 2 business days): $35 per file plus fees

- - Subject to file availability, county restrictions, etc.
  - If you are unsure of which document(s) you specifically need we can provide a court docket report for review.
  - We do not recommend ordering copy requests by referencing a third-party docket (from an information or caselaw service). These dockets are often incorrect. If a caselaw to court docket comparison is required a research fee of $50 an hour will be charged.

File Retrieval – Next Business Day: $100 per file plus fees

File Retrieval – Same Day (best effort): $150 per file plus fees

- - Same Day Requests must be placed before noon
  - Best Effort, TAT not guaranteed. Not refundable.

FOIL/FOIA Request: $95 per request plus fees

- - Average FOIA TAT for results is 20 days and is dependent upon the government agency.

Municipal Searches: $35 per request plus fees
